King Ho, established in Taiwan in 1997, is a professional manufacturer of replaceable automobile parts. King Ho is growing to which we want to supply our customers with the best product, therefore, we are experiencing change of certifications. We are changing from ISO to TS 16949. We are doign so because we are supplying Ford at this moment and everything is being updated and improved. Our company also brought in advanced equipments to insure product quality. We also build our own Mold Workshop and possess CNC Processing Center and Auto CAM software in order to shorten the tooling lead-time.
Looking to the future, our company has scheduled to increase our capability continuously and will keep putting our effort and attention on higher quality, shorter delivery lead-time and lower cost in order to provide more satisfying service and competitive products. Long-term business relationship with our valued customers is the goal that we are trying to reach. This is why we design our logo as which stands for Service & Team. We believe team work is the only way to success.

1997 -- King Ho Traffic Material Co., Ltd. was established, and manufacture after market auto parts.

1998 -- Developed wiper arms seris. Also established Zinc Die-casting Department to provide customers with better quality and delivery time.

1999 -- Established compress and Plastic Injection Departments, and developed window regulator series and also certified by ISO 9002.

2000 -- Introduced in CNC machines to shorten manufacturing lead-time and lower down cost. Also certified by QS 9000.

2001 -- Used IDEAS-3D program and 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine to get accurate dimension of products.

2002 -- Used 3D Scanner to shorten the molding manufacturing time, get accurate dimensions. Established Motor Department to complete the production line.

2003 -- Certified by ISO 9001:2000 and established a temporary factory to increase production line.

2004 -- Established new factory in Dajia Twonship, Taichung County, to increase production capacity and shorten lead-time.

2005 -- New factory finished in June, and received Ford orders to apply TS 16949.
